You have 5 days after delivery to return your item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method up to a cumulative value of CHF 1000; any amount above this is refunded as an RA LIVING voucher. Please make sure the item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags, labels and the hygiene sticker still attached — for hygiene reasons we can only accept returns with the hygiene sticker in place, so please keep it on while trying on. Return shipping is at your own cost (we recommend a tracked service). As soon as your return is approved, we refund you promptly.

If a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. incorrect address or not collected from the post office) and is returned to us, it will be treated as a regular return.

All our styles follow a One Size for All concept — versatile, adjustable luxury crochet designed for a flattering fit on a wide range of bodies. Our crochet bikinis come in one size with adjustable ties and halter straps and fit approximately sizes S–L and cup sizes 70A–90C. Because the crochet cups are a fixed size, they sit and cover slightly differently depending on your bust — that individual fit is part of the handmade charm.

To show our one-of-a-kind pieces on the body, some model images on the product pages are AI-generated visualisations. Every product also includes a photo of the actual handmade piece on a mannequin — that photo is the reference for exact colours, stitching and other details.
