Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout. For orders delivered outside Switzerland, local customs duties, taxes and any additional fees such as transfer or exchange rate fees charged by financial institutions may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be covered or reimbursed by RA LIVING.

You can return products within 14 days of receiving them using the shipping service of your choice. Once your return is approved, we’ll refund your items up to a max. amount of CHF 1500. If the total value of your returned items exceeds CHF 1500 the remaining balance will be refunded as an RA LIVING Online Shop gift card, which will be emailed to you. The gift card has no expiration date and can be transferred to someone else. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We can not accept return of gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged and in their original, new condition, including all packaging, hangtags, hygienic stickers, and labels. Be sure to include the delivery note in the parcel when returning your items.

Important:

• We cannot accept duty-unpaid returns from outside Switzerland; these will be automatically returned to the sender.
• The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

When preparing a return, we kindly ask that you handle the items with care. If the returned goods are stained, damaged, or not in acceptable condition, we will unfortunately have to return them to you at your expense.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address, failure to pick it up from the post office, or any similar reason and is returned to our warehouse, it will be treated as a regular return.

For international shipments, if you refuse the delivery for any reason (including customs duties or taxes), you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the parcel to RA LIVING. These amounts will be deducted from your credit once the return is processed.
