Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Switzerland and shipped with an international courier. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after payment is processed. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we've received it. When your order is packed and ready to ship, we’ll send you another email with your tracking information. Please note that while we aim for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occasionally occur with parcel service providers. Although we cannot control these delays, our Customer Support Team is always here to assist you if needed.

We offer free shipping on all orders within Switzerland! For international orders, shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated during checkout. 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout. For orders delivered outside Switzerland, local customs duties, taxes and any additional fees such as transfer or exchange rate fees charged by financial institutions may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be covered or reimbursed by RA LIVING. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office or bank. If your desired destination country is not listed during checkout, please reach out to our Customer Support Team, and we’ll do our best to arrange a custom delivery.
