You have 5 days after delivery to return your item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method up to a cumulative value of CHF 1000; any amount above this is refunded as an RA LIVING voucher.
Please make sure the item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags, labels and the hygiene sticker still attached — for hygiene reasons we can only accept returns with the hygiene sticker in place, so please keep it on while trying on. Our crochet bikinis are one size with adjustable ties and halter straps, designed to fit a wide range of bodies — approximately sizes S–L and cup sizes 75A–90C. Because the crochet cups and bikini bottoms are a fixed size, they sit and cover slightly differently depending on your body shape and size — that individual fit is part of the handmade charm.
