All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Switzerland and shipped with an international courier. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after payment is processed. We offer free shipping on all orders within Switzerland. For international orders, shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated during checkout.

You can return products within 14 days of receiving them using the shipping service of your choice. Once your return is approved, we’ll refund your items up to a max. amount of CHF 1500. If the total value of your returned items exceeds CHF 1500 the remaining balance will be refunded as an RA LIVING Online Shop gift card, which will be emailed to you.
